Duncan and Sally would like to invite you to take part in their first Health and Wellbeing Fair. We are both really dynamic people and have a passion in the work we do, we would like to bring more awareness to everyday people, not just spiritual ones who have already found their pathway, but to share our knowledge to everyone. There are many people out there who would not consider coming to these types of fairs, so we need to bring them in and show them that we are not spooky, just dedicated!
We both know that there are plenty of fairs already out there, but we felt there is so much more we all have to offer. That is why we have chosen the name ALL ABOUT YOU, because it really is all about you.
We are aiming to provide as many different therapists, exhibitors and readers as we can, so that our lovely clients for the day can experience all of the aspects of body, mind and spirit. But because we want to create a lovely atmosphere, our exhibitors have all been chosen as the experts in their field. We have chosen you all to give you the opportunity of doing what you do best and promoting yourselves so that you can create further clients. We want to create a lovely atmosphere with lots of smiles and unconditional love and pure relaxation for our guests and stallholders
We will promote our fair as much as we possibly can and will be getting our events listed in all of the top magazines and local papers. We are going to approach the radio stations and you never know we might even make it on TV! Manifestation is the key to success and we all have the ability to do that.
The date we have chosen for our Fair is Sunday 28th December, 2008. We have picked this time of the year because the lead up to Christmas is very stressful, all we do is think about buying presents, organising food, trying to keep everyone happy and generally being so exhausted we dont actually enjoy the day at all, as we become caught on the tread wheel of materialism. Also, there are other people that maybe dont have family and friends and they can be shut away over this stressful time. Two days on your own can seem like a month. So we thought that by using this date it would give people time to come along and chill out and do something for themselves.
Throughout the day we will be having various demonstrations to show everyone what we do. Obviously we are aiming to reach as many people as we can and you can help play a part in this as well by telling everyone about the fair and that you will be there and it really will be ALL ABOUT YOU!
We have chosen a lovely peaceful setting for our venue, The Oaklands, Yarmouth Road, Thorpe St Andrew, but it is close to the city centre so can be accessed even if people cant drive.

BOOKING FORM DETAILS
If you would like to participate in our health and wellbeing fair please could return the form by 14th September along with your stall fee. As we have said our stallholders are by invitation only, so we need to know if you want to come as soon as possible so that we have time to invite others. There will be approximately 40 stands available.
We have kept the prices very low compared to other fairs as we would like everyone to do well, the idea of the fair is to promote your business and earn yourselves some money as well. The price of £30 is for a 6ft stall for merchandise and therapies and £35 for a 4ft stall for readers. I am sure you will agree these are brilliant prices compared to what is on offer at other fairs. Unlike other fairs we are charging our readers a bit more, because their overheads are less, and this is about fairness.
Rest assured you will be the only one selling or promoting what you do, so once we have drawn the people in, it is up to you how successful you are on the day. Because we want to be fair to everyone, the price of the stall is for one therapy/business only. So please do not do anything other than what is put on the booking form. If you want to sell as well as doing readings or a therapy, then please ask for two spaces.
We are also offering advertising space on our website at a minimal cost of £5, so you can let people know you will be with us on the day. We will also offer the very famous goody bags for you to put your details in and maybe a special offer to get clients coming back after the fair. If you would like to be included in this we are asking for a donation of £2, if you would like to be included ion the goody bags and on the website, you can have them both for £5. Your cards for the bags must be with us by the beginning of December.
The entrance fee will be £2 and we are hoping to get a special deal from the Oaklands to get some money off their carvery. The door money will also be put aside so that one of our lucky stall holders will be put into a draw to get their stall fee money back. If you can make your stall as interesting and colourful as possible you will be entered into a free draw again to get your stall fee back.
Duncan and I have done as much as we can to offer you the best we can. Please help us by telling everyone about the fair, if you would like to put a poster in your local shop, just ask!
