To simplify the body has seven chakras to which most of us refer and above the Crown we enter the Divine Realm, the first seven chakras are:-
It is these Chakras combined with the Auras that give us life and it is the power of the body Chakras that Therapists use in the course of treating a patient. A therapist is trained to recognise where faults within the body lies indicated by the relevant Chakra or Aura, to save further confusion the Aura is a magnetic field in which we all individually live. Meditation / Relaxation helps to keep the Chakras and Auras in good repair as well do healthy eating and water, water being the best detoxant. There are many forms of Relaxation but to gain a really deep state of relaxation and therefore venture to the Higher Self one has to make a connection to the Angelic Realm, those above the Crown, to do this effectively it is important the one is guided in the first instance by a person who has gained the relevant experience as one has to connect in a certain manner usually using by what is known as the Serpent, most Healing Therapists will know of this as will others in relevant fields |
