(Emotional Freedom Techniques)

 

EmoTrance was introduced by Dr Sylvia Hartman six years ago and was based upon a selection of other similar Therapies such as Acupuncture, {though no needles are used}, Emotional Freedom and Thought-field Therapies

Based on new discoveries regarding the body's energies a new Therapy was developed called Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), since the discovery it has proven to be extremely successful throughout a large amount of clinical cases as it can be applied to almost anything related to the well being of the human body.

 

EFT is very relaxing and soothing and incorporates interactivity, that is to say the recipient as well as the Therapist take an active part, having said that, the Therapist obviously is the person who is in what one may term as being 'in charge' as the recipient follows spoken instructions whereby attaining an effective response from treatment.

 

The main element of the therapy is focusing on the inner body's energy which aides our emotional and physical well being to grow and strengthen, however, there are time when we all have moments of pain both physical and emotional such as a traumatic experience or some other that causes us great concern, and this is where EFT is of benefit in helping to lessen and in many cases eradicate the problem completely, leaving the patient feeling free and soothingly relaxed.

 

So, to this end is it not comforting to know that there is indeed treatment that will allow us to break through the barrier which is holding us back by creating a wall, a blockage of extreme emotions.  EFT allows us to do just that by the use of a simple method of hands and speech.  To be able to feel free and relaxed that perhaps one may not have thought of as being possible.
