This is a great benefit to you for it enables, as stated above, the blood to flow much more freely, the lungs to breathe deeper and therefore less strain on the heart, the mind also become more relaxed and one soon realises that thinking and doing is far less as strenuous than it used to be. All in all the body becomes much more healthier in every way. Meditation Meditation is a means of transforming the mind, to increase concentration and therefore be more emotionally positive thereby the mind, with practice, become more relaxed and tranquil and with relaxation, increased energised states of mind become much more possible.
